Summer is quickly coming to an end at least for me. Just a few things I want to mention. Registration is Monday September 13th at 7pm. The AGM is on Friday September 17th at 7pm. This will coincide with an awards presentation to all club champions from previous year, we have jackets to present so you had better come if you want them. We will also be inducting Life Members, and honoring other members. The actual meeting for the AGM took 45 minutes last year so it will not be a long boring affair. The meeting will be followed by awards, entertainment and some appies supplied by our new caterers Jamie and Jim Mitchell.
The next day Saturday September 18th we will be having our second annual Golf Tournament. It will be a shotgun start at 2:30 at Royal York followed by dinner back at the club. Entertainment and prizes included. More details will be available on the website and in the newsletter ASAP. So get a foursome together and let me know by email. This was a very fun event last year. So mark these dates in your calendar and please try and attend.
